We are announcing a competition for the position of sales engineer:
Mechanical engineer – tender analyst
Belgrade
Job tasks:
- Communication with customers, suppliers, subcontractors, supervisors and investors
- Preparation of offers and participation in the preparation of tender documents
- Supplier and subcontractor offer analysis
- Order materials and equipment
- Subcontracting quality control according to project or tender documentation
- Preparation of documentation (delivery note, invoice, accounting situations, books, diaries, etc.)
- Preparation of attestation documentation-certificate for delivered-installed equipment
- Keeping legally prescribed records and records in accordance with the ISO 9001-2015 standard
- Permanent monitoring of current regulations and laws in the field of mechanical engineering
Conditions:
- Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering, VII degree – Thermotechnics
- Minimum three years of professional experience
- Good computer skills – MS Office, Auto CAD
- Knowledge of spoken and written English – conversation level
- Active driver – B category
Required knowledge and characteristics:
- Experience in making offers, especially tendering procedures
- Knowledge of applicable laws, standards and norms in the field of business
- Possibility of independent production of bill of quantities of necessary equipment, temporary and completed situations, construction diary, book, etc.
- Possess organizational skills
- Communicativeness
- Analytics
